BRIT Interrupted

Hi there! I’m Britney Grayson. I’m a 38-year-old middle-class mama of three little girls, living just outside Wilmington, North Carolina. I like to say I’m a jack of all trades, master of none — but honestly, I’ve gathered quite a few skills over the years!  I have a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, I’m a licensed aesthetician and real estate agent, and I own Core Beauty, a small spa business in Leland, NC. Oh, and just recently, I was offered a job as a flight attendant! (More on that over on the blog.)  Life is busy, loud, and full of surprises — especially for my husband David, the lone man in a house full of girls. He is a KING among men putting up with all of us. 

I’ve always had a “flare” for writing and a deep love for storytelling. I’m big on details, human connection, and capturing memories exactly how I remember them — quirks and all. So I thought, why not start a blog and share some of the chaos, charm, and comedy of my world?  I hope you enjoy the stories, the honesty, and maybe a laugh or two along the way.
